Hi! My name is Avi Gross, and I live in Long Island, New York. I’ve loved reading and creative writing since I was little, and I currently serve on the staff of my school’s newspaper, The Schreiber Times. I was recently recognized in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for a personal narrative essay, and I hope to one day make a career out of my journalism and writing abilities. Outside of school, I enjoy running, playing piano, and taking the train into the city with my friends. A unique fact about me is that I have an identical twin sister!
