Artist’s Statement
This picture was taken during my time in New York during the fall. The foliage was beautiful, especially with the light filtering through the trees over the subject, my brother. This is the raw, unedited picture. My favorite thing about this photo is the way my brother fit in between the descending trees, drawing the eye.
